What we do
We bring together electricity consumers willing to reduce their electricity bill, and investors seeking a high yield guaranteed, steady recurrent cashflow.
We first identify users with stable and predictable energy consumption and determine the project fit to their needs.
We analyse the overall investment of the project including the design, construction, commissioning and operation (EPC - Engineering, Procurement and Construction), as well as its operation and maintenance (O&M).
We then set the overall financial model, the suitable capital structure; the legal structure as well as the legal and financial guarantees, so that we can meet the requirements of both parties.
To the costumer, we propose a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA -Power Purchase Agreement), including guaranteed service levels (SLA-Services Level Agreement) that requires minimal upfront investment and fixes electricity costs.
For the investor, we offer a guaranteed third-party investment and predictable future cash flows. with returns similar to those of variable income, but without incurring the risks that these entail.
For both costumer & Investor: We negotiate and execute the EPC & OM contracts delivering an operating facility compliant with the conditions agreed by the parties.
